Hello, good afternoon. This one goes for anyone and or everyone, um, also for anyone that's, uh, had any sort of like, um, maybe like things overcome, maybe pertaining to anxiety or something like that. So like if this is about like when you're out and about and like reclaiming your space and, um, if people won't give you what they need is how I like or how I've been wording it, then you take what But you need like you claim that space and you let people know and not verbally or anything. But it's just like by doing what you need to do for yourself, meaning like I'm sorry, but it comes down to like ignoring people if you have to do that, because if they're not giving you your space, not respecting you, respecting your space or right to privacy, things like that. And you can actually you don't have to respond to anything that anyone does, especially in the street, people that you don't know. You just do what you need to do for yourself. And I think eventually the respect will come because people will see that, okay, well, this person's obviously like, you know, doing this. So it does get better.

I want to clarify because I think what I mean when I say like reclaiming yourself or claiming your space is you know that you're coming to figure out who you are and you are deserving of being seen and approached or attended to as that person and not any different than that. not with opposition or challenge because of whatever criteria you're not meeting in the eyes of

I also wanna add that this criteria that we feel isn't being met, is in fact, maybe not in fact, but not always necessarily something that is good, it can be just a feeling. So wanna bring it back to the thought that nobody really probably, it can be that they don't know how to read you. So there may be some misunderstanding going on but it doesn't take away from the point of you doing what you have to do for yourself first.
