Hello, this is, let's call it a, um, a dump, a dump on finding meaning in your life. And when I say meaning, I don't mean like, um, deriving at some, uh, feeling that our life is meaningful, um, and that we're working toward a greater good or what exactly is, um the meaning of life um but i think more it's more coming from a place of like feeling that there is um um funny meaning in the everyday things that we do so uh what our life is is and what the activities consist of. So I think that if you're a dog walker, for example, and you live at home with your family, you can derive meaning from the here and the now and the here and the now is supposed to your unique life. So as a dog walker is what you do to go to work and how fulfilled you feel in that role. And at home with your family is spending time with them and working on cultivating those relationships. So I think one of the things that detract or take away from finding meaning in our lives is when we look or turn our attention or look for other ways to do things, do or find that Meaning refill the space or the time with activities that take away from the present. And the present is different, unique to our individual lives.
