Hey everybody, hey, hey there this is Sister Crystal here and I'm back with a follow up from «The Today Years » old from the other day. Now yesterday I had 480 calories worth of candy the M&M's they were good, I had to eat the whole thing in one sitting right and today I'm having 480 calories of a meal now. I haven't had this before so I hope it tastes good but I'd rather fill up on an actually meal than on candy but I just needed to have M&Ms. Plus, I haven't had peanut M&Ms in awhile.
