OK so genuinely my brother is trying to get his hair fluffy too he uses like thickening shampoo and like his shower routine and he like uses a bunch of oils and shit that makes a girl longer

I think if nothing else works try just putting your hand underneath your neck under the hair and they're gonna lock a shampoo model and just go, Ah, and it's a little bit of a fuff. Fresh.

I honestly can't tell you because mine is just flat and I just literally don't know how to make it fluffy and it's really sad. leg I have curly hair and it has curls at the bottom but then at the top it's It's literally just flat.
