They can but they're definitely not for everyone. It takes two people who both have very strong wills and who are Fiercely in love with the other person for this to work long term. There has to be visits there has to be you know times where they finally get to see each other and express that love Either that or it has to be an open relationship because people need physical interaction and fulfillment and all that stuff

Yup, right on. I agree with Mikey, what he said. It's no longer a long-distance relationship when two people come together face-to-face. It then becomes companionship. It then becomes a real thing. When you're long-distance, that's fake. That's not real. You're just telling each other things, and hopefully you believe it, and then hopefully you can absolutely carry that with you once you meet that person. But long-distance relationships don't work.

Look at the keywords, long distance relationships. No such thing. That's a friendship. It's like a pen pal. That's a internet buddy. That's not a relationship. There's no togetherness. There's no hand holding. There's no cuddling. There's no kissing. It's all a facade.

Heck yeah, I'm in a long-distance relationship right now It's going on. I think two years and a couple months and I'm in love with him Did I just say him oh my god, I'm in a long distance relationship, but it's not for the weak trust me It's for strong people Who really know what they're doing? It is not for the weak. Trust me. You're gonna crave like you're gonna miss their feeling like so much bro

If two people know what love is, and they love each other to the point where they're calling, texting each other every single day, they might last. But sometimes, like 70% of the time, it won't work. Long distance doesn't work 70% of the time, because people don't know how to love, and they don't want to stay with somebody for the long distance, something like that.

Well yeah, they definitely do work for some people. I mean, me and my boyfriend have been in our distance for about two years now and we're perfectly fine. We have a really strong bond, a strong connection. We talk every single day for hours and it works. It just depends on who you are as a person, but they definitely do work.
