I definitely think you should definitely dump him before he tries to dump you for an unvalid reason. And I do believe that you will find somebody that is better than him, and that will give you the time that you deserve and not cheat on you. So, yeah.

That's the universe taking out the garbage for you. You didn't lose anything. You gained the wisdom of knowing that you were in an abusive relationship. And if you deserve anything, you deserve way better than that. You don't need to be around that. You need to go forward because you're special and unique.
