Hurt Stereo and my beautiful Stereo family. Listen, I heard the girlies talk about my little bald head, but I'm gonna let y'all know that bald head is a badge of honor. A badge of motherfucking honor. I fought cancer and through my fighting cancer I was doing my treatment and working out and I know that saved my life and I wanted to give everybody who had that little inkling to give up and they say they can't do it. This was one of the hardest moments of my life, but I did it. I did my chemo and I was still working out and I was still pushing through and I never gave up and I just want everybody to know if you're going through something, you can do this. You can push through. You do not have to give up on yourself and your life. Fight for what you want. Fight for this life. Fight for yourself. Don't give up and shout out to everybody who wants to talk about my little bald head. I wear my bald head with honor. That's the warrior in me. So shout out to the bald head baddies and all the survivors out there in these streets. Appreciate you guys. Love y'all. Have a fantastic motivational Monday.
Tammy, you gon' make me cry. Okay, first of all, you killin' that damn rope. And you killin' the damn gym. You better inspire and motivate people. You better go, Tammy.

Tammy, when you get a chance just let me know what thyroid hormone replacements you're taking. I'm currently on, I can't pronounce it, Livoxtrin and I feel like it's not working out for me so if you're taking something different let me know.
Ah, wow. So, I go back and forth between the Synthroid, uh, is it Synthroid? And Leva, Leva, there's one you can't pronounce, the same one. Girl, it, it don't, nothing really work because it don't, nothing works as good as the real thing, right? My hormone levels never stay right, but I have a natural regimen that helps too. So, I'll definitely hit you up in the back chat and let you know what I do. Shout out to you. I would love to hear more about Earth Hour.
Thanks, I really appreciate that. I can't pronounce it. I know it's probably the same thing, but I'm thinking I need to change my regimen because lately my body hasn't been acting right and I've been in a lot of joint pain, so.
I go through that so much. It's crazy how I was able to push through during chemo But it's like it's so much harder for me to move and get going right now And I have that same problem, but I added some omega-3s to my my diet Macaroon helps a lot with energy is all natural and What are these things called is the apricot seeds apricot seeds girl? I'm showing you put apricot seeds in my smoothie, and that has helped me out a lot
Wow, that's tough Tammy. I send you all my strength. That's a warrior and that's the power, the feminine power that we carry inside that helps us with all this kind of things that we have to go through some people.
Thank you. Thank you and I did. I'm talking about that was the toughest shit mental. That was more mental than anything else. Mental work. So yeah, I worked for that shit. I did. I need to get back into that mental mindset again. And I think this helped spark some shit that I needed. Because if I can do it during cancer, maybe I can do it now. So I'm pushing myself again. But thank you so much for stopping by. I appreciate you.
Happy Monday, Tammy. And yes, you are a survivor. You've been through so much and I'm glad to say that you're still here today. You'll be here for a long time.
