I have managed to kick this bad habit in the butt I no longer eat late I find that if I do eat late I feel like crap in the morning it's almost like a hangover kind of feeling I don't feel like I got a good deep sleep because I know that your body like is working in overtime when you eat late because you're in and just all these things are happening and it's just overall not good to do
