I don't necessarily like to argue about religion or spirituality because you know at the root of any conviction if it's not rooted in a spirit of love regardless of what particular believe you have
It's going to be more difficult for the other person or people to hear you and actually have the ears to hear you versus putting up their walls. I think it's great to have conversations with with people with other opinions, but it has to be amicable.
It's really beautiful to witness when a person has the emotional maturity to be able to share what they believe and also walk away in peace even if the other person isn't convinced of anything because it wasn't really in fear
There's also a very healthy way for people to have amazing debates but nowadays people are so easily offended that they don't have the emotional intelligence to be able to even have that civil discourse anymore which is really sad
