I have a TickTock linked I'm like 20 some K followers but I have I would really like to get into like doing make up professionally and sponsorships it just seems really hard especially with like other competition and stuff that I can afford

Ah, there you go. Now there probably isn't nearly as much competition as you may think. The problem is just that most of these content creators are not business minded, so they're not setting up their channel or their content in a way that's friendly to... oh my gosh scholarships.

How this works is that social media marketing is so much less expensive and so much more effective than traditional marketing that they're basically handing these sponsorships out. Part of a marketing department's job now is to find these people like they're actively seeking them out

And it's not even about acquiring millions of subscribers. Like, there's plenty of channels that get an average of like one or two thousand views per video that have sponsorship after sponsorship after sponsorship, but they just moved in the right way and they know what they're doing.
