Hey, thank you for letting us in your brain. I would love to take more trips there. I have a question for you, Panduce. So when you're on your meds, how does it help you? I see that it makes the environment more neat, but what does it do internally for you?
Okay, the meds, what it does is, it helps me get from A to B to B to C without looping around. Like, let's say A, and then all of a sudden here goes this roller coaster ride of, you know, doing this, doing that, everything distracted, everything distracting me, and then finally landing at B. Then from B to C, the same thing over again. Let me do a next message.
Okay, this is part two. So when I'm on meds, I'm just going from A to B to C to D and I'm more on task. The distractions aren't consuming me, I would say, or distracting me. But yeah, you can see I'm on A, B, C, D, E and all of a sudden when it starts wearing off, F and then here we go again with looping to G. So yeah.
yeah most definitely I could send you a link through a chat where you can check it's like a little test and it's through this ADHD site that I'm actively on so look out for that and it's just it's a lot of information men with ADHD and then even you know a little self-test but yeah go see a doctor
