I probably would if there was like a health concern, like a health reason that I needed to. I would be more apt to try being like vegetarian or pescetarian before like full on vegan.
Okay, so I would, but the only issue is I'm like overly obsessed with dairy. Because like I don't really give a shit about meat. I don't really like meat. But my my milk obsession would suffer and my cheese obsession. I couldn't. I couldn't do it.
Yeah, so I actually did it. It was only meant to be for a month and I've done it for over a year now. I'm really enjoying it. I think it's great. You feel a lot better. I thought I could never give up cheese and mayo but it's been great.
I would try it just to see how it is. I've seen a lot of people say that it's made their life better and their gut health better. I think the meat that we eat nowadays is all processed anyway.
