Me personally I'm gonna have my phone face down because I matter who won which I'm gonna want to give them my undivided attention and I know if I see the notification pop up on my phone I'm gonna pick up my phone so I keep my phone down

personally I don't care if mine's faced up or faced down because at the end of the day like I know I'm not hiding anything and like there's not like suspicion around it but some people definitely see that as a red flag and think that they're like being lucrative or secretive.

I always let my phone face up because I don't think it's respectful in your day to have your phone FaceTime
