All right, my little gym rats out there. What's your favorite body part to work out at the gym? Is it legs, chest, thighs, back, shoulders? All of the above, what do you say?
For me it's called the chest because you know when you're doing bench presses, dips, you know, other chest exercises, the pump afterwards, it feels so good. And I think triceps is all for me. It's not the film.
I love leg day I can work out like hamstrings and glutes all day well not all day cause I start shaking yeah upper legs to liquids hamstrings glutes are always my favorite
Oh, I definitely say like the core belly area just because I want to melt that down some So it's my favorite to work out because I know it will bring you the most joy when it finally gets back to where I would like it to be But also legs and that's only because I'm already pretty strong as far as the legs go So that's just fun to see how long I can last with certain things. I just don't want to get too too muscly
