All right, my little gym rats out there. What's your favorite body part to work out at the gym? Is it legs, chest, thighs, back, shoulders? All of the above, what do you say?
I just absolutely love working out the arms cause my max bench press is like 225 pounds and that was the last time that I clocked in. I don't really know how much more I can lift cause I haven't tried in a minute. But I love working out the arms cause it's just flexing that shit. It's just, you look kinda fucking smexy.
My favorite body part workout is arms because I don't know why it's not like it's easy for me but every time I'm doing it I just feel super motivated and it's not like I get bored doing it so yes that's my favorite
Honestly right now I'm gonna say legs but it's changed my life like it's been back then it's been testing by seven then it's been tri said I think triceps my favorite honestly right now might just working on the triceps is great I don't know why
I love legs, I love me a bit of legs. I know something about legs just makes me feel like I'm in beast mode. Like yeah, I'm doing those squats, yeah, I'm doing those deadlifts. It just makes me feel like I'm actually doing something.
