I need some tips for losing weight. Well, none of this year losing weight, but losing body fat. I've got to be down to 26%. I'm currently 27.2%, but I'd like to bring it down to like, whatever a healthy amount is. Just drop some tips down below.
Having slowly reducing your intake would help drinking lots of water and exercising. It doesn't have to be like long hard exercises. It could probably be like walking mile or two, like long distance walks. That would probably help.
