To be honest it depends on the person and the situation but if somebody's clingy I would say I'm kind of flattered in a sense you really want to hang around with me and spend your time with me I should be grateful

For me gnome honestly I think it's green flag for me but if they're like obsessive that's a different story like that's a no that's a red flag
