So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.
Um, do people actually have a problem skipping dessert? Like, who the fuck is eating so much dessert making it a routine every single day to the point where it's actually like affecting you?
I'm probably skipping dessert would be easier like dessert as its own meal but if I can do like a sweet breakfast that's totally totally healthy then I'll do that if I'm craving something sweet
I feel like you should just skip dessert or like Or like make a new breakfast like if you're eating like pancakes or chocolate syrup like just make a better breakfast so you don't have to skip it, you know?
I'd say for me skip breakfast as well I'm not trying to like lose anyway everything but I just don't eat breakfast I'll be hungry but forget to make it I was waiting today I don't even know I don't have breakfast I don't have lunch I have my dinner
