Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.
Probably skipping dessert is probably the best decision because dessert has the most sugar so and you should probably skip breakfast to lose that extra weight
So for me I skipped breakfast and lunch and I eat dinner and I work out for like a week and then I have a week off from working out so it works for me so would probably work for you
You don't have to skip either you just have to find low calorie options like you have sugar-free syrup or sugar-free chocolate things whatever in like protein pancakes it's literally what you gotta do
