Okay so I would get dessert because breakfast is the most important meal of the day they say and the breakfast is that I wish it that gives you the energy in the morning man and I don't always have desert and I would say it's easier to get dessert so go for that
Low-key just take some like apple cider vinegar pills in the morning and that's it or shot either one will work and that'll help you lose weight but go to the gym helps and then maybe skip the syrup
