Definitely skip breakfast and cut out sugar it's the only the only thing that works and I don't know why more people don't talk about that you just don't eat sugar you stop eating sugar I haven't sugar since 2017 and lost 40 pounds in anything else
It's easier to skip breakfast and most people wake up late anyway and just rush right out of the house so they normally skip breakfast. They won't snack all day long that's why it's hard to lose weight.
