Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.
Skip breakfast gosh wait to the start bowl I swear you will lose like 10 cal that daylight I sweat hands down bells and then you won't you won't regret it I promise you
I say skip desert because I'm not a good sweet person and I love eggs so I do that in the morning but honestly I don't think you could I need to make it without either of them and then just do sprints or skateboarding or something like that
Skipping both I'm not gonna lie to you like the mystically of problems didn't deserve for most people would like to meet I could easily wake up on a weekday not eat breakfast and be fine until like 12
I mean like you guys like dude none you could like eat all your meals and you can eat dessert like just stay under a collar de deficit depending on how much calories you actually burn a day that give you eat less calories and you burn then you'll be chilling so like
Calorie deficit works for everybody but everyone is just fucking lazy that's why they don't let y'all talk on it but here's the thing like if you're eating too little like if you think you're eating too little and you're so hungry to make something that is bigger but less calories or just drink water
