Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.
Yeah I will deafly Skepta that could've gonna lose weight it's all about calories out so that's probably born to be more high calories and breakfast you can have a nice healthy breakfast
Do you know what I think you are thinking about this the wrong way all the way because if you skip breakfast and lunch and maybe even dinner and then just have a full course meal in the middle of the fucking night you ain't gonna get nothing I mean that's what I do just start yourself until you home
I'm pretty sure that skipping breakfast is like unhealthy for you or something so I'll just get dessert but it really didn't matter then you should probably skip both
I would know if I'm not a fat ass, but personally, I think you should skip all the meals for for six days straight and I'll feel like you lose a couple pounds.
