So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.

Cardio cardio to just go for simple walks man and a mile or two maybe less but if you're gonna do less do it multiple times a day once or twice a day get that cardio in and you'll start leaning down a lot quicker

Skip dessert, skip dessert, a hundred percent of the time. If you're trying to lose weight, you got to get your metabolism going in the beginning, right? In the beginning of your day, you gotta eat breakfast and eat a big breakfast. you can skip most of the other parts.

So you should definitely eat breakfast because it's the most important meal of the day because you can burn calories throughout the day also work out in the day before you eat
