So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.

For me skipping breakfast is easier because I do drink coffee and coffee keeps me from full for a really long time

It's definitely easier to skip to the biscuit breakfast you're more likely to EN during the day and have the high calorie desert so as I just skip this it's not really needed and you Gotta go

I think it's easy to skip breakfast and sometimes in breakfast is better for your focus anyways however try like make you deserve better like make a Zaxby's fruits or some yoghurt type stuff I am in Mysore

Do what your body is used to. If you're used to eating breakfast, have breakfast. Just have less portion control. I've been doing this for over 15 years. portion control and also eat healthily. Car a lot of fats, sugars, salt, exercise.
