Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.
OK if you have to take skip one of course skip dessert the whole all the time you don't want a cookie and small slice of cake you'll be fine a once in a while but definitely change up your diet and skip the desert
It's way easier to skip dessert. Just treat the restaurant or whatever that you're at just like a Place you want to get out of also if you want something that tastes really good good for like a snack that I suggest like seaweed.
Eat breakfast for one breakfast start Sacha day to have a late lunch and three dinner or pretty much any meal always fill up on proteins veggies and fruits first and then eat your starch

If there's a skip skip any mill but you're not gonna be active afterwards that's the way to go because especially in late that's the worst because all that just turns into fat
