I know everyone here has had sleep paralysis at some point in their life and if you haven't had sleep Alice's every day you're fucking NBC but I wanna know like what what is like your experience with sleep paralysis light what was it like for you
For me there was really no bad experience but I just sit there like I don't move or talk or anything I just sit there, stare at the ceiling or something.
Tell me why I woke up at 6 AM in the morning and there was like this little gremlin thing I know it was next to me or on me I don't know and it tickled me and I swear to God I felt it and it looks so scary and then I woke up after I couldn't breathe
I'll be right there so big black dark to figure every minute underlay as I said like game like closer to reality because I thought I was dreaming in a row that fucking figure faded away
Okay, so I get one night I left my closet door open and it started crawling out and so my sister she came in my room to turn off my fan and And I'm over here like trying to like scream for help and it was like hovering
And since it was like hovering over me, I'm like, it was scary. And my sister, I guess my body jolted and it scared her. and then she just left me in there in my room, internally screaming for help.
My experience with sleep paralysis was just like not a good experience like it was just horrifying and like no, because The last time I had sleep paralysis was like when I was like six five or four years old and like
And the like just staying in bed, not being able to move, can't blink, all you see is a dark figure just like staring down at your soul and like there's nothing you can do about it.
Until this day, I still think about the sleep paralysis experience because I think that's like the only the scariest experience I've ever had in my life.
