OK y'all we're going back to the basics I wanna know what is your definition of a friendship we all have different types of friends we all have different kinds of relationships romantic relationships friendships acquaintances close friends family is a whole Nother topic I'm asking specifically about friendship what is your Understanding and your own definition of a friend
Friendship is sticking through your friend through thick and thin, being each of the support system, being there, being a listener, being able to talk and confide in them, with them, just being able to share your pain, your sorrows, your happy moments, and being able to count on that other person. That is a true friendship right there.
That's a tough question, because I have friends that I only know on stereo. I got friends I only play video games with. I have friends that I only do music with. And then I have, like, people who I visualize probably being at my wedding, you know, being on stage, best man, best woman, whatever that shit go. So it's tough, man. But really somebody who you spend time with or put energy into.
Yeah, I like this video. Um, I saw it a few years ago and I shared it a few years ago. Uh, this is like a self-explanatory video. I mean, you don't have to think much to understand the meaning of it.
And I think that friendship is based on a person that listens to you, that if you ask him for advice, he gives it to you from his point of view, without trying to instill that you do a certain thing, and that no matter how much you choose to follow another path that is not the same as he thinks, he supports you anyway.
At this point for me, friendships, relationships, is all part of, you know, situationship, relationship. And it is someone that sees you, someone that's willing to join the right of life with you, and willing to communicate, compromise, and yeah, share time together, sharing space, and having space.
Well, all the categories mentioned, I mean, it shouldn't be so complicated. Respect each other, you know, be there for each other and acknowledge each other's strengths and weaknesses. I mean, it's a plethora of things that would, you know, make a friendship a friendship, a real friendship. So shout out to you.
See, this thing right here is very delicate because, first of all, young women classify a lot of men as friends because you can confide and talk to them and all that good shit. But he gonna let us hit or if some of us hit, you know what I'm saying, y'all just be playing that game. I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding.
