If you need some sort of sound fall asleep at night do you prefer like piano music just kinda like a general white noise or do you like more Nature Sounds

For me, I usually have to just open my window and use the sounds that are out there. So it's like a mixture of wind or rain or animal noises. Or rock, indie rock music. And there's not really an in between
