If I'm gonna blow the answer your question no I do not but I do feel like the phrase big ego is kind of misleading because ego is your self-esteem your sense of self and we all have an ego we all have a view of ourselves but

It's just that when you ask somebody do you have a big ego you're really referring to how inflated is their image of themselves and that doesn't always have to be positive sometimes you can have a huge ego and also hate yourself and you can be narcissistic

You can be a huge narcissist and despise everything everything about your being it is just that whether or not your perception of yourself overwhelms all other aspects of your life and dominates how you interact with people

I actually need a little bit more ego I think. I tend to lean more towards ECHO-ism, which is on the other side of the spectrum of ego slash narcissism. but it could also be my ego saying that I don't have an ego so there you go.
