I love working out. Stretching, I hate it though. It's so embarrassing and awkward. Like it is my least favorite thing to do when I'm at the gym because It's so awkward to do like with the post since you fucking hate it
Do that shit at home. Stretch at home. If you're not good at stretching, if you feel some type of way about it, you don't want anybody looking at you, you can't bend down and touch your toes. Do it at home. Get good at it. then you feel more confident doing it in public.
Working out first for sure but like, um, stretching the school but like I only do it when I like really need to. Like if I'm hell of a swore the first day.
Oh personally me I like stretching no I like stretching during my workout so I work out like for an hour stretch workout for another hour stretch then another hour straight
I do both but I really love stretching like yoga bro. Bro that should be making you flexible as fuck. I'm telling you that should come in handy, bro. and my bones feel good too, bro.
What do I work out every day I go pay for a day in the morning and then where do I go to the joke and I stop playing with me and it's pretty fun with me it's so fun
