You can't get mad, you can't get mad because a customer is upholding you to do your job correctly. That comes with customer service. If you don't want to do customer service, don't go into it because this is what is to be expected. This is a regular customer. When people go to the restaurant, when people go to any service industry, they expect customer you will get customers who will abuse this power.

I think she's wrong because she asked it for too much like she could have asked in like the first bit But it's kind of aggravating me. For one, it's the um, customer's job to pack their own groceries, like don't be bloody lazy we do it here in England, so why can't she? And to be talking like that to the checkout lady, well it's just rude, she's doing her a favour by serving her in the first place.
