Things that I enjoy that kind of, you know, just relax the moment is, it's an endorphin rush. It's whatever takes you to a calm space in order to exist in the moment.

to exist in the moment that you're existing in. So it really just depends on what you're going through at that moment.

For me it's a bit ironic because I smoke when I am stressed, that's one of the main triggers, but then when I am out having a drink and having fun I also smoke, that's another trigger, yeah.

Well, I'm a bit confused because you didn't kind of specify what kind of smoking we're talking about here. I'm guessing you're talking about weed smoking on that. If it's on that note, then the only reason why smoke is because my body so you.

So my body's already used to it, so the only reason why I smoke is because of my body. But other than that, I'm slowly like falling away from smoking. I don't want to smoke anymore, so... And cigarettes are horrible. Fuck cancer.

And they really do be having me fucked up so I smoked to get away from my problems just for a little while but uh yeah bye.

Yeah, I'm trying to get to a point where I smoke to celebrate only. Like not no de-stressor. Not no I ain't got shit to do for right now. Not no I'm going on live. So this is what I do. You know, just only celebration, but I ain't there yet.

I don't smoke but my uncle smoked and he had tuberculosis and died last 2020 and he left his three young children very early.

I don't have triggers that trigger me to smoke. I feel if you have triggers that trigger you to need to smoke you are probably smoking for the wrong reasons. I smoke to be happy, to be relaxed, to chill and to open my mind above all else.
