People, why are we so angry all of a sudden? It's like World War finale on Earth right now, like everybody's like killing everybody. It's just a lot going on. Do this not concern like more people than me? I just want to know like anybody else concerned?

We don't know how to handle things as a team, so in return we escalate the matter.

I will have to say because anger is one of the most powerful emotions out there because when you're sad, out comes anger because you're running while you're sad and then also you use it to express how you feel, to yell at someone, to get your point across.
