That's crazy. In my state, they literally just made it a law at the end of June that you can't have your phone in your hand. You have to get one of those things that hold it in your car and put it up there. You literally, if you get caught holding it, then you get pulled over and I think you get fined for like 500, I don't know, something like that. But yeah, shit's crazy.
