This is a great, great, great thing to post because I have a love-hate relationship with cheese. I've always loved cheese, but when I realized how bad it was for me and what it was doing to my body, I stopped eating it. But occasionally I'll indulge. If it's on pizza, I won't take it off. But I do try and avoid it at every turn. And there is some pretty good alternatives to it, and I feel much healthier when I don't eat it. Much love.
