It's been a long day today ups and downs not awful but I am definitely ready for bed and I've enjoyed my time is there today it's been really nice and I did a pop-up show stereo hangman that was fun so I'm gonna go for a wee and brush my teeth I'm gonna read some of my book and then I'm gonna have a lovely sleep I've got an early start because I've got karate tomorrow it's Sunday

So it's another windy day which is lovely cries done so that was fantastic had a good cry session we're off for summer now but I'm still gonna be practising the little man three times a week and what else is happening today so later on today I'm actually doing a broadcast called conspiracy nut from 7 pm till 9 pm and then from 9 pm till 10 pm GMT I'm doing breaking stereo so that's gonna be fun I can't wait

And I'll tell you what else I might do a fire pit tonight after broadcasting to sit out in the garden hopefully it doesn't rain I don't mind if it's little bit cold I'll be quite happy with it as long as I can burn shit firestarter
