the gym go to the gym and even if you don't see 100% progress like you're not gonna see 100% progress in a couple months if you really restrict yourself and follow a diet plan and everything you'll see something within like a month a little bit and then two months and three but even just going it helps build up your self-confidence so much just doing daily things like it's crazy it really is

You know, I think that the bully culture, the anti-bullying culture has kind of affected people's confidence because I think the very first time I really found my confidence was when I stood up to my abusive father and refused to return back to his house at 15, right?
