Honestly, I'm there with you. I don't know how people fry ice cream, but they've managed to do so. And I'm just like, what? But how though? Like, it's going in like high temperature oil, but people know how to do that. So yeah, fried ice cream is very popular in certain parts of the United States. I can't speak for other countries personally, but I imagine it was maybe fried and then frozen back up again. So who knows?
