I had some real bad sleep deprivation for a minute there. I had to go to the hospital for it. I was only getting about four or five hours of sleep broken up throughout the nights for weeks on end. I started taking 10 milligrams of melatonin and if that didn't do the trick within an hour or so, I'd hit up some Benadryl and that really knocked me out. Now I'm in a routine sleep schedule and as long as I stay up on that, stay up on that.
