My me time is when I take a good hot shower it relaxes me it suits my soul I do all the thinking in that time and the steam that comes out from that hot water it's just very relaxing I want to know what you pick cold showers or hot showers.

When I have my mommy time, I like to take hot showers too after a long stressful day of dealing with the kids. I love my mommy time in the shower.

Definitely cold showers over hot showers. I haven't had a hot shower in like over a year. Cold showers are just way more benefits. It gives me like a rush of dopamine when I come out. 2-3 minute cold shower, literally just a cold tap running, freezing cold. That's the way you feel like, you feel unstoppable when you get out.
