I'm not entirely sure what you mean about physical focus but I would definitely take mental focus because I honestly feel like I have the attention span of a squirrel and I'm very easily distracted inside track so just to be able to finish something and start it and finish it without doing a whole side quest, that would be great.

Definitely mental focus because it's more important I reckon.

Deafly mental focus everything comes from your brain so if you're mentally focused then you also become physically focus as well if you think about it

Mental focus which I still would lead into physical focus just naturally but mental first because yeah yeah you got everything starts with you and your engine in your brain is your engine so if your engine ain't right you can't do anything else

I say mental focus without a doubt. Mental focus can open doors at anything you're doing. So without a doubt personally, I definitely say mental focus. And I think that's best achieved when you perform outside of your comfort zone personally. That's what I think, but yeah.

I want to see more mental focus I feel like I already physically focus on things but mentally you get this random fog maybe it's just me but mental focus
