Good evening, Madame Titi. Shout out to you. I love this mantra. I pay attention to the stories I tell myself. I count my blessings as I slow down in compassion and grace. The way that I see this is during this very important spiritual journey, it is important for us to be careful how we talk to ourselves. I agree.

Personally, I see self-talk being a short story we tell ourselves, because oftentimes, I know for myself, in the past, I have had negative self-talk towards myself, and these are like sequels to a story, you know? And I have to be very conscientious and careful.

I have to be very careful and conscientious in how I speak to myself because I am listening and when I give myself compassion and grace, I see it as I am changing my point of view on myself and focusing on the good parts of me as well. That's how I took your mantra. So thank you for that. Truly, it's a gift.
