I think an excellent way I could use this watch for the first time is when I have a lot on my plate for next week and I need to sleep more. So, I pause time around, let's say, 4 a.m. I pause time if I'm awake at the time and I just sleep for a good 10 to 12 hours so I'm fully rested. And then I just unpause time so it can go again and then I'm ready to rumble for the day because I've been fully rested because I paused time.
