Usually I work out during the night which is nice because there's no one there and I can kind of just relax and everything But I worked out today during the day. I feel really motivated and I feel like accomplished. What do you guys work out?

You still get the motivation aspect there's nobody at the gym and on top of that you still have like the rest of the day ahead of you so you could still like carb up and shit or whatever so yeah
Are usually go at night because it's therapeutic like yeah nobody is there but I got time to like evaluate what's going on in my life and then mourning basically attack today
