OK this is one of those questions that tells a lot about your personality that you don't really think about what is the perfect temperature to keep in your home personally I like a little chilly I don't know you may like to sweat your balls off not me

I like it to be about 68, I'd say, or between 68 and 70.

So I think the perfect temperature is like 60 between 65 and 75 anything else is either too cold or too hot so I didn't like the perfect temperature for me would be like between 65 and 75 I can wear sweater

I can wear a long sleeve shirt and be okay, a light jacket, a sweater and be okay. Don't really have to have on a coat. So that's just my opinion.

I think for sleep it's got to be chilly get good sleep bundle up in your bed yeah I want to like 6364 with some nice covers on so I sleep the best
