Is it easier to be healthy or unhealthy? I personally think it's easier to be unhealthy because there's a lot of fast-food restaurants and there's not a lot of healthy places you can take out.

It's not advertised to eat healthy and exercise and stuff like that. If it was more mainstream and more advertised, I feel like maybe people would pay more attention.

What I mean is like just like they try to drill in medication and all this stuff. They should be doing the same thing with healthy foods and exercise and all of the above. Like, it's very, very important instead of just pushing.
