So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.

Here's a little fun fact that you probably already know if you try to skip food sometimes you actually gain weight because your body will go into survival mode so you should probably not skip full on meals and go skip dessert instead

So you don't want to think about skipping meals you wanna focus on staying in a calorie deficit that's the best way to lose weight but you have to stick to it

Do you know the best way to lose weight is taking cold showers in the morning taking of 3 to 6 minute cold shower makes your body required to raise is caloric temperature and basically burns many calories like a 30 minute workout try that it sucks but good
