Should nutrition education be taught at schools I think it should I don't think we learn as much as we should I mean yeah we did and in my case at least we had like a little course and they'll tell you like to eat healthy and whatever but I think it be really helpful to go a little more into depth about that specially in high school and maybe I mean I would definitely have been interested in more Like home economic type classes like even healthy cooking or even you know just stuff that we can actually use in our day-to-day lives

Yeah that would definitely help young people and also society in general like if you learn like nutrients and learn like specific deficiencies and what can I help with and stuff like that I'll be really beneficial essentially

Absolutely this is a great question I hope more people time into it but yes health class nutrition class said all needs to be taught in schools 110%
