If by self-medicate you just mean drink a lot of water, take in healthy foods, make sure that I'm eating enough, I self-medicate as long as I can and I very rarely take any kind of drugs.

I don't take myself my children to the hospital unless it is absolutely emergency and only for regular like routine check ups cause self-medication all the way I don't do prescription drugs
